The terms for using ichava.com, and what governs the Ichava packages and licences.

Simtabi LLC runs ichava.com, and using the site means you accept these terms.
You may use the site for any lawful purpose.
The open-source packages and icon sets have their own licences, which govern them instead of these terms.
Licensed products are available only under a separate written agreement.
We make no promises about the site, and what we owe you is capped at $100.
We post a material change 30 days before it takes effect.

1. Acceptance

These terms apply to ichava.com (the "site"), which is run by Simtabi LLC. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. The site and its content

The site's code, design and text belong to Simtabi LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may read, link to and quote the site with attribution. You may not copy or republish it, in whole or in substantial part, without our written permission. "Ichava" and its logo are trademarks of Simtabi LLC; nothing in these terms licenses them.

You must not:

use the site for anything unlawful;
scrape or request it at a volume that disrupts it for others;
attempt to breach, probe or overload its security, except through our coordinated disclosure process (see security.txt);
misrepresent an affiliation with Simtabi LLC or Ichava.

5. No advice, no engagement

The site's content is general information, not professional advice. Writing to us does not create a client relationship or a licence; those exist only under a signed agreement.

6. Third-party links

Links to other sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. To the fullest extent the law permits, Simtabi LLC's total liability arising from the site will not exceed $100, and Simtabi LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

8. Changes

We may update these terms, and the effective date above changes when we do. A material change takes effect no earlier than 30 days after we post notice of it on the site, unless a law, a security need or a third party's requirement compels a shorter period, in which case the notice says which. Using the site after a change takes effect is acceptance of it. We keep each earlier version unchanged and send it to anyone who asks.

9. Law and disputes

North Carolina law governs these terms. Disputes about the site are heard in the state or federal courts of Wake County, North Carolina. Questions: ichava@simtabi.com.
